Ingredients

4 cucumbers

1/2 T. seasoned salt

1/2 T. tarragon vinegar

1/4 C. butter, melted

1 T. dill weed

1 T. chives, minced

1 T. onions, minced

1/4 C. heavy cream

2 T. parsley, minced

Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel and slice cucumbers in slices. Add salt and vinegar. Allow to stand at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Drain. Bake for 25 min. Remove from oven: add heavy cream. Stir over medium heat on top of stove about 5 min. (do not allow to boil.) Cream will thicken. Sprinkle with parsley and small amount of Parmesan cheese.
