Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonaisse
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
4 slices provolone cheese
8 slices of roma tomatoes
8 slices of italian bread
softened butter
2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
Mix mayonaisse, mustard, lemon pepper and garlic salt together. While grilling chicken breasts, baste with sauce mixture. Spread butter onto italian bread slices, put buttered side down on grill and place sliced tomatoes next to bread. Baste tomatoes with olive oil. Grill until done. Just before removing chicken breasts from grill place provolone cheese on top until melted. Viola! Creamy Dreamy Chicken Sandwiches.
