Ingredients

1 (15-1/2 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained

1/4 c roasted red peppers

1 tbs lime juice

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/8 tsp salt

2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

In food processor, puree all ingredients except cilantro. Spoon into bowl and top with chopped cilantro.
