Ingredients

1 small tub, fat free sugar free yogurt (any flavor)

basket of fresh blueberries, strawberries, grapes, blackberries, etc. total about 2 pints

1/8- 1/4 cup (just until it looks right)maple sugar

tad sour cream (optional)

cinnamon

mint and a couple of strawberries for garnish

Preparation

mix the yogurt, maple sugar, sour cream together. throw in the fruit and stir until it’s all covered. put in the fridge for about 2 hours (4 hours is is even better). serve in individual fruit bowls with strawberry and mint for garnish. the guests will rave.
