Ingredients
4 chalotas
1,5 dl oil
4 lt crema
1 kg shrimps
0,7 kg simpukat
1 kg tiger prawns
0.5 dl hummer fondi
persilja
salt
pippuri
4 cloves of garlic
3.5 dl valkoviini
Preparation
with some oil Fry choped chalotas and persilja. Add cream and cook slow, add de hummeri fondi.
Hot pan add oil and then persilja next shrimps and simpukat. Add white wine and sliced garlic. salt ja pippuri.
Same as 2 but only with the tiger prawns.
mix everything and correguir the flavor.
