Ingredients
16 oz bag of your favorite frozen vegetables, (green beans, corn, carrots, squash)
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
water
3 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons pine nuts
Preparation
Place frozen vegetables in medium size saucepan. Cover with water. Boil and cook vegetables until fork tender. Place vegetables in colander to drain water. Place vegetables back into saucepan and add butter, garlic and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes and place in serving bowl. Top with feta cheese and pine nuts.
