Ingredients

3qrt baby red potato

2cups white onion

2cups sliced baby carrot

3cups diced raw bacon

1.5cups sliced andouille sausage

2tbl fennel seeds

2tbl s+p

1tbl oregano

1tbl marjoram

1/2cup fresh chopped basil

2cups butter

3/4gal heavy whipping cream

2cups milk

1/4cup fresh chix base

8oz cream cheese

Preparation

suate onions,carrot’s,bacon,andouille with the butter for about 10 mins.add potatos,fennel, oregano,marjoram and 1tbl of s+p.saute for additional 10 mins.then add heavy whipping cream and milk.after 5 mins add fresh basil,chix base,and cream cheese and the remaning s+p.simmer for 25 mins.
