Ingredients
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup jalapenos, canned with a little juice, remove stems and seeds
1 cup tomatillos, boiled, mashed, and seeded
½ bunch cilantro
3 packages Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (original)
Preparation
Blend all of the above using blender or food processor. Then add 1 quart mayonnaise, a little at a time, allowing all to blend together. Chill before serving with chips, veggies, etc.
