Ingredients
Spiced nuts
1/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp nutmet
2 tsp water
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg white
1.5 c walnuts halves
Salad
1 tbsp roasted garlic seasoning paste
1/2 c plain yogourt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bunch kales - shredded
1 romaine lettuce
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 red apple thinly sliced
Preparation
- Preheat 350 oven. Line baking sheet with parchment peper. In sauce pan mix and heat first 2 ingred until sugar dissolves.
- Whisk egg until foamy. toss walnuts with egg and then coat with sugar mixture. Bake for 10 min and cool
- Combine garlic, yoghurt, lemon juice and pepper
- Salad ingred together with salad drsg. top with spiced walnuts
