Ingredients
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 t. cinn. 1/2 c
sugar. Melt 1/2 c. butter. ___3-8oz Pkg. Cream Cheese
1 1/2 c
sugar
4 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
2 c. sour cream
3T. lime juice
1/2 t. vanilla
Zest of l lime.
Preparation
Line a springform pan with aliminium. Pour graham cracker mixture in bottom and pack it down. In a mixing bowl,add cream cheese, sugar and beat until smooth, , add eggs, 1 at a time, add sour cream & heavy cream, then your zest and flavorings. Pour over graham bottom. Bake 1 hour @ 350’ then turn oven off and let it sit 1 hour.
