Ingredients
1 container breakstone ricotta
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tub cool whip
2 egg whites beaten too soft peaks
sweeten to taste no carb liquid sweetener
Preparation
combine ricoota, vanilla and liquid no carb sweetener and beat on medium speed for approx. 2 minutes. fold in beaten egg whites and cool whip then refrigerate. Serve with whip cream, fruit or drizzle with melted chocolate
