Ingredients
2 2/3 cup uncooked penne pasta(8oz)
1 lb raw shrimp
1 can cannellini beans, drained,rinsed(19oz)
1 can recipe starters creamy Parmesan basil sauce
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 can sliced mushrooms (4.5oz)
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In ungreased 2"x7"x11" glass baking dish, place pasta, shrimp and beans.
In small bowl, mix cooking sauce, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp salt. Pour over top of pasta, shrimp and beans.
Cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes. Remove foil; top with tomato and bread crumbs. Bake uncovered 8 to 10 minutes or until top just starts to brown and mixture is bubbly.
