Ingredients

1/4 cup peanut butter (at room temperature)

1/4 cup plain non-fat yoghurt

1 garlic clove (minced)

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon hot water

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth using either a wire whisk or a blender.
