Ingredients

1 cup mild-flavored vegetable oil

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup white vinegar

4 ounces soft silken tofu

2 t. poppy seeds

1 1/2t. dry mustard

1 1/4 t. salt

1 t. paprika (optional)

Preparation

Put in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in 2T minced onion. Cover the dressing and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
