Ingredients

2 large Russet Potatoes

2 large white onions

1/4 cup of butter.. cut in small slices

salt and pepper

2 TBS. paprika

Preparation

Peel potaotes and onions.. slice potatoes in thin slices as well as onions in thin slices. Place an onion slice in between the slices of potatoe. Put a piece of butter in each slice.. Arrange on a piece of parchment paper and then aluminum foil.. wrap tightly.

Put on hot grill … and turn every ten minutes.. it takes 40 minutes.. Unwrap and serve with steaks..
