Ingredients
1 large garlic clove, chopped
2 Tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
½ cup firm silken tofu (4 oz.)
¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise or vegan mayo
1 ½ teasp lime zest (2 limes)
3 to 4 Tbsp lime juice (2 limes)
2 Tbsp tequila
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
