Ingredients
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Small Can Peeled Tomatoes
2 Onions Diced
4 Stalks of Celery
1 Tbs Garlic Powder
2 Cups Chicken Broth
4 Tbs Fresh Basil
1 Cup Cream/Half & Half
2 Tbs Butter
1 Can Tomato Paste
1/3 Cup Grated Parmasan Cheese
Preparation
Add oil to a pan and fry onions, chopped celery. When Clear add tomatoes, basil, Simmer for 1/2 Hour. Take off heat, let cool so not hot. Puree in food Processor. Put back on medium heat, add chicken broth, cook for 15 more minutes. Add Cream, then butter, then cheese. Add tomatoe paste to thicken.
