Ingredients

2 cans chicken broth

2 8 oz pkg cream cheese ( low fat ok)

1 pint sour cream

8 good sized zucchini

1 bunch green onions (with tops)

salt, pepper

dill

Preparation

Boil broth with zucchini and onions Chopped coarsely When they are tender take off stove. Mix in cream cheese and sour cream. Cool a little so it is not steaming. Add dill, salt and pepper to taste. Put in blender.

Careful putting hot liquid in blender- lid will pop off.
