Ingredients
1/3 loaf Challah bread
6 Egg Yolks
1/3 Quart Heavy Whipping Cream
2.5 oz Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients in a metal mixing bowl. Dip bread into mixture and cook on low heat to prevent burning while the sugar is caramelizing. Low and slow is the key!
