Creme De Menthe Bars Recipe

Ingredients

Layer 1

1 box Pillsbury Fudge Brownies Mix baked in 9x13 pan

Layer 2

1 stick melted butter

2C 10X sugar sifted

4T Creme de Menthe

Layer 3

6 T melted butter

6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Prepare the brownie mix as instructed on the box. Allow to cool.

Mix together Layer 2 ingredients. Allow to cool. Spread on brownies.

Mix together Layer 3 ingredients. Cover cooled Creme-de-Menthe mixture. Chill in fridge.

Cut into bite-sized squares.
