Ingredients

1 1/4 c butter

1/2 c cocoa

3 1/2 c sifted powdered sugar

1 egg, beaten

1 t vanilla

2 c graham cracker crumbs

1/3 Creme de Menthe

1 1/2 c semi sweet chocolate pieces

Preparation

For bottom layer: combine 1/2 c butter and cocoa in sauce pan over low heat. Stir until blended. Remove form heat, add 1/2 c powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in crumbs. Mix well and press into bottom of 13x9 inch pan.

For middle layer: melt 1/2 c butter in small mixer bowl, combine butter and Creme de Menthe. On mixer’s low speed, mix in 3 cups powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over first layer. Chill 1 hour.

For top layer: combine 1/4 c butter and chocolate pieces in a sauce pan. Over low heat, stir until melted. Spread over mint layer. Chill 1-2 hours.

Cut into tiny squares.
