Ingredients
6-8 slices of beef (no bone)
4 ognions
1 fresh ginger
3 garlic
half glass soya sauce
salt
pepper
vegetable oil (a lot!)
Preparation
cut the oignons in small dices, then mix the ginger, garlic, salt and pepper all together so that you obtain a paste. Once the onions are diced, put some oil on the pot, wait until it’s very hot and put everything together, add the soy sauce (half a glass) and cover with some water. Cook slowly for 4 hours. Serve with rice and chili sauce on the side.
