Ingredients
8 cloves garlic, creamed
1 t salt
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
Cream the garlic and salt in a mortar and pestle. Add the juice and onion and let stand 1/2 hour. Heat the olive oil in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until hot and add the mixture and fry for 30 seconds. Pour over boiled Yucca and serve immediately.
