Ingredients
3/4 cup salt
6.5 tablespoons finely ground black pepper
4 tablespoons cayenne pepper
7.5 tablespoons garlic pepper
6 tablespoons onion powder
1 cup paprika
1/2 cup tightly packed dried thyme leaves
7 tablespoons tightly packed dried oregano leaves
Preparation
Place salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, thyme and oregano in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly. Or place in a food processor and pulse lightly to make a finer mixture. Store in a covered container.
