1/2 cup parsley
2 tblespoons creole seasoning
1/2 cup fat free egg substitute
4 six ounce fillets
4 teaspoons oil
lemon wedges
Preparation
combine flour, parsley, seasoning on sheet of wax paper. dip fillets in egg substitute and coat with flour refrigerate for 30 minutes fry in oil
