Ingredients

1 egg

1 T minced garlic

2 T fresh lemon juice

1 T chopped parsley

2 T chopped green onions

1 C olive oil

1/4 tsp cayenne

1 T Creole or whole grain mustard

1 t salt

Preparation

Puree in food processor: egg, garlic, onion, lemon juice, parsley for 15 seconds; pour oil in at a steady stream. Add cayenne, mustard, and salt and pulse once or twice to blend. Cover and let sit 1 hr. in fridge before using.
