Ingredients

2 eggs

3/4 c milk

1/2 c water

1 c flour

3 tbsb melted butter

Preparation

Put all ingredients in blender. Mix well. Refrigerate 1 hr. Pour 1/8 cup into buttered pan. Cook over medium 1 min. Turn, cook 30 sec. Cool. Stack and freeze or serve. May add seasoning or cheese for savory crepes.
