Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour

2 eggs

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1/4 tsp salt

3 Tbsp melted butter

2 1/2 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 Tbsp Grand Marnier

Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs, then add in the milk and water, stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, and whisk until smooth. Allow to rest for a couple of hours.

Heat a lightly oiled saute pan (non stick?) over medium high heat. Add a little butter. Add 1/3 cup of batter. Tilt pan with a circular motion to coat the bottom of the pan evenly. After about 1 or 2 minutes, loosen the crepe with a spatula, and turn and cook the other side. Or read the Julia Child lecture on flipping crepes.

Repeat until the batter is all used up.
