Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
3-4 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- Blend the eggs
- Add sugar and blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Slowly add milk,water and salt. Blend for another minute.
- Add flour.
- Add the olive oil
- Heat a lightly griddle or non stick pan over a medium-high heat. Pour the batter onto the Pam straight from the blender, using approx 1/4 cup for each crepe.
- Tilt the pan with a circular motion so the batter coats the surface evenly.
- Cook the Crepes for 2 minutes or until the bottom is lightly brown. Turn and cook the other side.
- Serve hot
