1 crust—

1/3 c. flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 c. Crisco

3 tbsp water

2 crusts—

2 c. flour

1 tsp salt

3/4 c. Crisco

1/4 c. water

Preparation

Sift flour, measure and level. Combine with salt. Cut into Crisco. Sprinkle with water, toss with fork. Work into firm ball with hands. Roll out to 8 or 9" circle
