Ingredients

12 oz. green beans, cut into inch long pieces

2 small tomatoes, cored and diced into medium wedges

1/4 cup red onion, diced

For Dressing:

3/4 cup red wine vinegar

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp sugar

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix raw beans, tomatoes and onions together.
  2. Pour dressing over top and mix to incorporate.
  3. Refrigerate until serving.
