Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb pork sausage
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp steak seasoning
4 oz cheddar crumbles
1/2 c Crispin Natural Original Hard Cider
2 pieces bacon cooked crisply and crumbled
6 whole slices sweet onion
6 romaine leaves cut into bun size pieces
1/3 c mayonnaise
6 deluxe onion hamburger buns
Preparation
- Combine ground beef, pork sausage, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, cheddar crumbles, hard cider, bacon crumbles and shape into 6 patties.
- Press a sweet onion slice down into top of each patty.
- Grill patties 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Grill buns.
- Place patty on top of bottom bun, top with romaine leaves, spread mayo on bottom of top bun.
