Ingredients

1/4

cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4

cup Progresso™ Panko Italian style crispy bread crumbs

1

tablespoon butter, melted

4

boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb)

1/2

teaspoon garlic powder

1/2

teaspoon salt

1/4

teaspoon pepper

2

tablespoons refrigerated creamy Caesar dressing, plus more for serving

Chopped Italian (flat leaf) parsley, if desired

Preparation

Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and melted butter, mixing well.

Between pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper, place each chicken breast smooth side down; gently pound with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/2-inch thick. Season both sides of chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Place chicken on pan; brush tops of chicken with Caesar dressing. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture, pressing slightly to stick. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (at least 165°F). Garnish with chopped parsley.
