Ingredients

1 tablespoon cilantro , chopped

1 pound ground chicken

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons parsley , chopped

2 tablespoons oil , for frying

1 whole egg

1 teaspoon ginger , finely chopped

4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

3 tablespoons Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce

1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce

4 tablespoons Plum Sauce

1 teaspoon Sesame Oil (Pure)

Preparation

  1. Combine Oyster Flavored Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce (sauce mixture). Heat up in microwave.
  2. Combine ingredients (chicken, cilantro, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs and sauce mixture) in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Form a small ball and flatten-about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Pan fry on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Serve with ginger plum sauce (Plum Sauce, vinegar, ginger, Sesame Oil).
