Ingredients
1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 C butter, softened
1/2 C canola oil
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1 C butterscotch chips
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 C old fashioned oats
1/2 C crushed corn ceral flakes
1/2 C coconut
1/2 C chopped pecans
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line several baking sheets with parchment paper. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt - set aside. In large bowl beat butter, oil, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla at medium speed until well blended and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips, oats, ceral, coconut and pecans. Drop by rounded Tablespoon ~2 inches apart. Bake 10 - 14 minutes or until edges are crisp but centers are still slightly soft. Let stand 2 minutes on baking sheets, remove to wire racks to cool completely.
