Ingredients
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
6 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup Rice Krispies
2 1/2-3 cups chocolate chips
Preparation
Beat peanut butter and butter. Gradually add in vanilla and sugar. Use a spatula to fold in Rice Krispies.
Roll into balls and place on parchment line baking sheet. Refrigerate 60-90 minutes.
Melt chocolate. Dip truffles into chocolate then place back on parchment paper. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
