Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds large sea scallops (about 12)
1/2 cup panko
2 tsps low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsps canola oil
lime wedges
Preparation
- Pat scallops dry with paper towels. Place panko in dish.
- Toss scallops with soy sauce in med bowl, sprinkle evenly with curry powder. Dredge in panko.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over med high heat. Add scallops to pan and cook 2 to 3 mins on each side or until browned. Serve with lime wedges.
