Ingredients
4 boneless ,skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs,beaten
1/4 c. milk
3 cups bread crumbs
4 cloves of garlic ,minced
1/2 c.parmesan cheese,grated
pinch of salt & ground pepper
1/4 olive oil
1 jar of Bertolli tomato basil sauce
4 cups of mozzarella cheese
4 fresh basil leaves,chopped
Preparation
1.Preheat oven on 375. 2.heat oil in a skillet on medium heat 3.In a mixing bowl mix together eggs and milk . 4.In a flat large plate,mix bread crumbs,garlic ,parmesan cheese,salt and pepper 5.Dredge chicken in egg mixture then in Bread crumb mixture. 6.Brown in skillet on both sides. 6.Remove & place on paper towels 7.Place in shallow baking dish, top with marinara sauce,chopped basil then mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
