Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp seasoning salt (opt)
2 eggs lightly beaten (1 whole egg, 1 white)
1 cup bran flake crumbs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375F. combine flour and seasonings in a bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture and coat evenly. Then roll into the bran crumbs. Place the coated chicken pieces on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 20-30 minutes until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Do not turn the chicken over during baking.
