Ingredients
1 lb extra firm tofu cut into 3/4 slabs
2 tbe veg oil
1/1/2 4 oz c thin slides shiitake mush
1/1/2 small links chorizo
2 sallions lsided thin
2-4 tsp soy
1/4 c chicken broth
2 tsp dry sherry or mirin sauce
Preparation
pat tofu drysear tofu w/out peekingdo other side and drain slabs on plate w/ paper towel add mush, chorizo, scallion. Stir in brith siy and mirin or sherry and cook till sauce
