Ingredients

1/4 lb bacon, fried

1/2 cup chopped onion

16 oz can pork & beans,drained

16 oz kidney beans, drained

2 tablespoons vinegar

1/2 cup catsup

1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Fry bacon and set aside on paper towels to drain off grease. Cook onions in bacon grease. Place all remaining ingredients, including the onions in the bacon grease as long as it is not too much grease, in a crockpot. Break up the bacon and add to the crockpot. Turn on high for 30 minutes and then on low for at least 4 hours or longer.
