Ingredients
1 med onion chopped
2 cup potato chopped
2 cup carrot chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 can tomato
2 lb beef chuck cubed
1 1/2 t worshestershire
1 1/2 t salt
1 t pepper
Preparation
Put all in pot add approx 2c beef broth to barely cover. Cook low 10 - 12 hours or high 5 - 7 hours
