Ingredients

2-3 lbs. deer meat

1 can cream mushroom soup

1 can celery soup

1 med. onion

1 can water

1 cu. flour

1 cu. cooking oil

1/3 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. salt

1/3 tsp. lemon pepper

Preparation

Pound salt, pepper, lemon pepper, & flour into meat. brown quickly on both sides in bacon grease. drain. Place meat and remaining ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 4-6 hrs. Serve over rice.
