Ingredients

RR Lasagna Ravioli Meat Sauce OR 42 oz of Regular Meat Sauce (or veggie)

1 box regular dry lasagna noodles

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

23 oz ricotta cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh Basil (optional)

Preparation

Prepare the meat sauce as directed in the RR Ravioli Lasagna recipe (or use store bought sauce)

Combine 2 1/4 cups mozz cheese (set aside additional 3/4 cup for later) + 23 oz ricotta cheese + 1/2 cup parmesan chees + fresh basil julienne (optional) - set aside.

In the crock pot layer as follows bottom to top: sauce noodles cheese/basil mixture sauce noodles cheese/basil mixture and so on until you finish the ingredients (# of layers will vary depending on the size of your crockpot) ending with sauce

Cook in crock pot on low for 3-4 hours - in the last 20 min add additional 3/4 cup of mozz to top of lasagna.
