Ingredients

8oz macaroni

12oz evaporated skim milk

1 1/2 cups skim milk

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I use 2 mild and two sharp)

Preparation

Cook macaroni for five (5) minutes Add macaroni to crock pot and stir in milk, eggs, salt, pepper and shredded cheese (save 1 cup of cheese to put on top)

Cook 5 to 6 hours in crockpot-no longer than 6 hours
