Ingredients

1 beef chuck roast, any kind (3-5 lb.)

1 (1.2 ounce) package knorr classic brown gravy mix, dry

2 (.6 oz.) package Good Seasons dried Italian salad dressing mix

1 (1.0 ounce) package Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix, dry

1 cup water

3/4 cup red wine

4 carrots peeled and cut into 2" pieces

1 medium onion sliced and separated

Preparation

1 Place carrots and onions in Crock Pot 2. Place beef roast in crock pot. 3. Mix the dried mixes together in a bowl and sprinkle over the roast. 4. Pour the water and wine around the roast. 5. Cook on low for 7-9 hours
