Ingredients

3 to 4 lbs. spareribs

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. pepper

1 onion, sliced

1 (16-oz.) bottle barbecue sauce

Preparation

Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs in a broiler pan under broiler for 15 minutes to brown.

Put sliced onion in Slow Cooker. Slice ribs into serving pieces and put in Slow Cooker. Pour in barbecue sauce.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. (HIGH: 4 TO 5 hrs.)
