Ingredients
3 - 5 lb roast meat
4 - 6 Red Potatoes
2- 3 White Potatoes (peeled and quartered)
2 - 3 cups of baby Carrots
2 ribs celery (cut into 1 1/2 - 2 inch pieces)
1 medium / large Onion - (peeled and quartered)
1/2 package of onion soup mix
1 - beef bullion cube
1 - 2 teaspoons black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of Rosemarry
Preparation
- Take half of the cut / peeled veggies and put in bottom of crockpot
- Lay meat on top.
- Put rest of veggies around the side
- Pour soup mix. and pepper on top.
- Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours
