Ingredients

4 lb boneless country-style pork ribs

1 medium onion, finely chopped

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup Chili Sauce

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons dry mustard

2 tablespoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Place the ribs in the crock pot. Add the chopped onions and garlic. Mix all the other ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour the sauce onto the ribs and stir to coat. Cook on high for 4 hours. When done, remove the ribs from the crock pot and place on a pan with a rack. Pour the sauce into a small stock pot and cook it down until thickened. Brush some sauce on the ribs and bake in 400 deg F oven for about 10 minutes. Serve the remaining sauce in a separate bowl.
