Ingredients

4 lbs Short Ribs

1 large onion

1/2 cup flour

1 cup BBQ Sauce - bulls eye

1/4 cup honey

1 tbls yellow mustard

garlic paste

Preparation

  1. Cut as much fat off ribs as possible

  2. Put ribs in crockpit

  3. Add chopped onions on top

  4. Mix other ingredients and pour on

  5. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours OR High for 3-4 hours

  6. Skim the fat.
